This Audio CD (41 minutes) is designed to help individuals understand the world of work and where the future seems to be heading as well as outlining what is necessary personally in order to achieve career success.

With the advent of the "baby-boomers" retiring from the work force together with the fact that many of this older generation hold leadership positions means that there are going to be golden opportunities for the younger generations. More particularly, this CD looks at the fields in which the futurists predict will be the growing areas for jobs and careers. In all, it is expected that there are 10 main growth areas where the jobs will be.

However, "if it's going to be. it's up to me" and so, this presentation looks at the ways in which we can personally achieve success so that we don't sabotage ourselves. Further, it examines the 3 most important personal ingredients that allow us to step out of our comfort zone and into our courage zone.

This presentation was originally given to a breakfast meeting of 150 Year 10 students and their parents at a private school in Adelaide, South Australia, but because more parents than students wanted a copy of the talk for themselves, it was decided to produce this current Audio CD.
